Content Submission

By submitting materials to WatchVIM / VIM Media LLC (“WatchVIM”), you acknowledge and agree:

• No Obligation to Review: Submissions are unsolicited and WatchVIM has no obligation to evaluate, respond to, or accept any submission. Platform placement is never guaranteed.
• Free Distribution: Free Distribution means WatchVIM platform consideration plus Amazon Prime Video submission support for approved eligible titles, with no upfront WatchVIM distribution or encoding fee.
• Extended Distribution: Extended Distribution may include WatchVIM, Amazon Prime Video, iTunes / Apple TV, Tubi, Roku, and Google Play, subject to platform eligibility, deliverables, rights, quality control, and final written agreement. Extended Distribution is billed through PayPal at $39.99 annually plus a $5.00 setup fee.
• Amazon Prime Revenue Split: Amazon Prime Video takes 55% of all sales/revenue generated through Amazon Prime. The remaining Prime revenue received by WatchVIM is then split 70% to the filmmaker and 30% to WatchVIM.
• Other Platform Revenue Split: For iTunes / Apple TV, Tubi, Roku, Google Play, WatchVIM, and any other approved outlet, platform fees, commissions, ad-sales deductions, marketplace charges, and/or platform withholdings are deducted first. The remaining revenue received by WatchVIM is split 70% to the filmmaker and 30% to WatchVIM unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• Example: If Amazon Prime generates $100.00 in sales, Amazon Prime keeps $55.00. The remaining $45.00 is split 70/30: $31.50 to the filmmaker and $13.50 to WatchVIM.
• Non-Exclusive Digital Distribution Grant: Distribution through WatchVIM is non-exclusive. Filmmakers keep ownership of their title, but for any approved submission the filmmaker grants WatchVIM / VIM Media LLC the non-exclusive digital distribution rights needed to submit, deliver, display, stream, promote, monetize, report on, and collect revenue for the approved title across the selected distribution platforms.
• Already Live on Amazon Prime: If the submitted title is already live on Amazon Prime Video, WatchVIM will not submit the title to Amazon Prime Video again. In that situation, the approved title will go live only on WatchVIM unless the parties agree in writing to another eligible distribution path.
• Reporting Schedule: Third-party platform reporting, including Amazon Prime Video, iTunes / Apple TV, Tubi, Roku, and Google Play, is provided quarterly as reports are received from those platforms. WatchVIM platform reports are provided monthly, beginning 30 days after the title release date.
• Rights & Clearances: You represent you own or control all necessary rights (music, footage, talent likeness, releases, clearances) to submit and distribute the materials.
• Evaluation License: You grant WatchVIM a limited, non-exclusive license to access shared links internally for evaluation purposes before approval.
• Links Only: Do not upload media files on this page. Provide screener, trailer, poster, and supporting material using URLs only.
• No Compensation Without Approval: No payment, platform placement, or distribution is promised by submission. Revenue-share obligations begin only after approval, delivery acceptance, platform launch, revenue receipt, and any required written distribution/license agreement.
