Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how VIM Media, LLC (“VIM Media,” “WatchVIM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds and credits for subscriptions, rentals, purchases, and other digital services made through the WatchVIM platform (the “Services”).
1. All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because we provide digital streaming content and services, we do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases, including:
- Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or any other billing cycle).
- Transactional video-on-demand (TVOD) rentals and purchases.
- One-time digital purchases, passes, or add-ons.
- Partially used billing periods or unused access time.
By completing a transaction on WatchVIM, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Subscriptions
When you subscribe to WatchVIM, your subscription will typically continue until you cancel it, and it may automatically renew at the end of each billing period. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining days in the billing period after cancellation.
3. TVOD Rentals and Purchases
TVOD rentals and purchases provide access to specific titles for a defined viewing window or on an ongoing basis, as stated at the time of purchase.
Once a rental or purchase is completed, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits if:
- You decide not to watch the title.
- You only watch part of the title.
- You purchased the wrong title.
- You missed the viewing window or did not use the access.
4. Technical Issues
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable streaming experience. If you encounter technical problems (for example, playback errors, buffering issues, or access problems), please contact us at streaming@watchvim.com with details of the issue, device, and title.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer troubleshooting support or limited courtesy credits in certain situations. However, these actions are voluntary and do not change our “all sales are final” policy.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe there has been an unauthorized purchase on your account, you should:
- Immediately update your account password and security settings.
- Contact your payment provider (e.g., bank, card issuer) to report the unauthorized transaction.
- Notify us at streaming@watchvim.com so we can review account activity for security purposes.
Any remedies for unauthorized transactions will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to your payment provider’s policies. This does not alter our general no-refund policy.
6. Legal Rights and Exceptions
Some regions provide consumers with statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by agreement, such as cooling-off periods or mandatory refund rights for certain types of contracts. To the extent required by law, we will comply with any such legal obligations.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be limited or excluded.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
