These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WatchVIM website, apps, and streaming services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by VIM Media, LLC (“VIM Media,” “WatchVIM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, subscribe, or make purchases through the Services.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Services, Subscriptions & TVOD

WatchVIM provides access to streaming video content, which may include films, series, live or scheduled programming, and other media. Access to certain content may require a paid subscription or a transactional video-on-demand (“TVOD”) rental or purchase.

Subscription Plans: We may offer different subscription tiers, including monthly or annual plans, ad-supported or ad-free options. Plan details and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase and may change over time.
TVOD Rentals & Purchases: Certain titles may be available for individual rental or purchase. Each rental or purchase may have specific viewing windows or access rights shown at the time of transaction.
Availability: Content, features, and availability may vary by region, device, and licensing agreements.

3. Billing, Payments & Renewals

You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for all fees, including subscription fees, TVOD rentals and purchases, taxes, and any other charges incurred in connection with your account.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or via the platform where you initially subscribed (such as an app store), subject to any platform-specific rules.

4. All Sales Final – No Refunds

4.1 No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or credits for any subscriptions, TVOD rentals or purchases, or other digital goods and services provided through the Services, including partially used billing periods.

4.2 Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund or credit for any unused portion of that billing period.

4.3 TVOD Transactions

Once a TVOD rental or purchase is completed (including pre-orders), no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, even if you do not view the title or only partially view it, except where required by law.

4.4 Technical Issues

We aim to provide a reliable streaming experience. If you encounter technical issues, we encourage you to contact us at streaming@watchvim.com so we can troubleshoot. Any courtesy credits or remedies are at our sole discretion and do not alter the “all sales final” policy.

4.5 Legal Exceptions

Some jurisdictions provide mandatory rights, including possible refund or withdrawal rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be limited or excluded. Where required by law, we will comply with such legal obligations.

5. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial viewing in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content except as expressly permitted.
Circumvent any digital rights management or security features.
Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account in violation of these Terms.
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Services.
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including films, series, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by or licensed to VIM Media, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites, apps, or services (such as payment processors or app stores). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIM Media, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid to us for access to the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIM Media, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
