How this works

1

Video and audio

Prepare the final master video, trailer, captions, and available audio stems or mix notes when requested. Make sure the screener link is public, unlisted, or password-protected in a way reviewers can access.

2

Artwork and branding

Prepare vertical poster artwork, horizontal hero artwork, a transparent title logo PNG, and any approved stills that can help promote the title.

3

Metadata and rights

Prepare a synopsis, cast and crew list, director name, release year, runtime, genre, rating guidance, IMDb URL if available, music rights notes, and confirmation that you control the rights needed for distribution.

Frequently asked questions

Can I submit with only a screener link first?

Yes. The initial WatchVIM submission path is link-based. Final files are requested if the title moves forward.

Do I need music rights documentation?

You should have rights or permissions for all music, footage, artwork, and third-party materials used in the project.

Ready to distribute your film?
